Univar is a world leader in the distribution of chemistry and related products and services. However Univar is more than just a distribution company, they are a global partner to their customers and suppliers.
We were tasked with producing quarterly videos with Univar's EMEA & APAC President, Nick Powell and Internal Communications Manager, Hayley Lamper. The aim was to increase engagement with their staff from all around EMEA by doing a Q&A style interview. Univar staff are encouraged to submit questions prior to filming whether it be concerns about upcoming regulatory or industry changes to progress updates on internal development or training programmes.
The key was to make sure the end result was friendly, inviting and relaxed for both the viewer and also Nick and Hayley. The response from these internal videos has been great and we are looking forward to the next quarterly.
