Whilst our projects can sometimes be big and we have big plans, we’ve found the best way to get big is by being small. Small teams, that is. There’s no clumsy hierarchy or bureaucracy here, just exceptionally talented [really nice] people with absolute freedom to pursue their creative vision and provide the best possible services.
Our small philosophy is at the very heart and soul of room11 and our services. To make it all work, there are three simple yet essential ingredients: talented and creative people, freedom to think and communicate and no bureaucracy (oh and great tea and coffee). It’s a simple mix that works time and time again for our clients and intern the projects.
Small is Beautiful – With the right people and team chemistry, we believe small teams can produce the best projects and the biggest results.
Zero Bureaucracy – Those small, independent teams are nimble and move very fast, so it’s important to remove any obstacles that might get in their way and slow them down.
Extreme Independence – Small teams alone aren’t enough. Those teams must have the freedom to make quick decisions and take risks.
Pride – Although our teams move fast, we try hard never to compromise on creativity or quality.
